RETURNS & SHIPPING FAQ
WHAT CAN I RETURN?
We’re happy to accept returns on unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with all tags attached, in the same condition as received.
Approved returns are issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Please note that used merchandise cannot be returned.
WHAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE?
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit:
- Sale items
- Hair accessories and slips
- Any opened items
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN A WEB ORDER?
- Regular-priced web items must be postmarked within 3 days of delivery and are eligible for store credit only.
- Sale web items are final sale.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, please return eligible items for store credit through our Return Portal and place a new order.
All regular return eligibility requirements and timelines apply.
WHAT ABOUT STORE PICKUP OR IN-STORE PURCHASES?
Store pickup orders follow our in-store return policy. The return window begins once you receive your “Order Is Ready for Pickup” email.
- Fashion clothing and fashion legwear: 3-day store credit
- Legwear basics: 30-day store credit
After the applicable return window, items are no longer eligible for return or credit.
All returned items must have tags attached.
WHEN DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
Free Shipping is available on:
- $99+ in regular-priced merchandise
- $200+ in sale merchandise
If your cart includes both regular-priced and sale items, the regular-priced items must total $99+ to qualify.
CAN TIPTOE CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes. Tiptoe Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.
